Electricity:
The power is connected. Electricity and gas consumption are included in your already paid amount.
Below you will find the most important information about the cabin. Read them carefully before you arrive, or as soon as you arrive.
Along with the key to the caravan is a blue chip card. The chip card serves as a toll card for entry and exit and as an access card for the PlayZone, GameZone, Pool & Spa and fitness activity center, which are all free activities. Simply hold the card in front of the card reader. You can always have multiple cards associated with your stay.
Please note that the toilet may NOT be used in the carriage. Neither big nor small. On the other hand, the caravan is right next to our large modern service building, where you have access to both toilet and shower facilities and laundry. Toilets and bathrooms are open 24 hours a day and do not require a card. Use of the bathrooms is free, but if you want more space you can use our family bathrooms. It costs 1 point to use the family bathrooms, which contain double showers, washbasins, hairdryers and toilets. Points and points packages can be purchased at the reception.
The caravan has both Truma electric heating and underfloor heating.
In the awning there is a gas heater. If you need a new bottle, it can be exchanged free of charge at reception.
The trolley is filled with water, but in case of water shortage, a water jug is placed in the gas box (it is located on the outside of the trolley and can be opened with the trolley key). Water can be obtained from the nearest hydrant, which is filled at the back of the trailer.
The gas for the trailer is also switched on/off in the box when towing.
If you notice any faults, shortcomings or other unsatisfactory aspects on arrival at the caravan, please contact reception as soon as possible so that we can rectify any faults or shortcomings.
Parking is possible at the caravan, one car per caravan is allowed.
If you have two cars with you or need to drive outside the barrier’s opening hours, you can also park for free in the large parking area if you go to the reception, where we can enter your car’s license plate number. The barrier will then automatically open when you drive in and out of the parking area, without the need for a ticket. It is possible to register up to 2 cars.
The car park is open 24 hours a day.
If you have day visitors, they can also park in the parking area, where you can pay according to the applicable rates.
You can charge your electric car when you stay at Feddet. Charging points with type 2 plugs are located in front of the Spa Lodge cabins. It costs DKK 4.50 per kWh to charge, and you simply use your boom card to pay at the stand. As a security, 250 DKK must be deposited on your boom card at the reception before you can load. If you don’t use the full amount, we will of course refund what’s left on the card.
You need to bring your own bed linen, towel and tea towel. However, it is possible to rent a linen package consisting of one sheet, bed linen and a towel. The linen package can be rented at the reception. The price is DKK 75,- per package.
High chair and cot available to rent. It costs DKK 25,- per day per high chair and DKK 25,- per day per baby bed. Please contact reception and we will arrange for the items to be placed in your cabin.
A gas grill is located by the rental caravan. If you find that gas is missing, simply contact reception.
It is NOT allowed to leave rubbish outside, as the forest animals will visit at night and spread the rubbish in the area. When you need to dispose of your waste, stop by our environmental station, which is located near the mini golf course. The environmental station has no. 12 on the site map.
Please note that waste must be sorted into the following categories:
Smoking is not allowed in the caravan or awning. Failure to do so will result in a fine of DKK 2000.
Washing machines and tumble dryers are located in the service buildings. You must bring your own detergent and rinse aid. It costs DKK 30,- for a wash at 40 degrees, and DKK 40,- for a wash at 60 degrees. The dryers cost DKK 1,- per minute.
The machines receive 1, 2, 5 and 10 DKK coins. Change is available at reception.
Access to the laundry is by using your access card. It is open 24 hours a day.
The gates can be opened from 7.00 to 23.00. If you arrive at Feddet outside this time, please park in the car park located parallel to the entrance road to Feddet, which is open 24 hours a day. If, contrary to expectations, the boom needs to be raised between 23.00 and 7.00, a fee of DKK 350 will be charged. However, this does not apply to emergency situations.

The car includes a flat screen TV, it is not possible to watch some channels, but the TV can be used with your own chromecast and the like.

Upon departure, furniture and fittings must be put in place. The rental cart must be cleaned up, dishes removed, trash cans emptied and garbage delivered to the environmental station.
The waste water tank, which is located under the cart, must be emptied. This is done by the chemical breakdown in the service building.
On the day of departure, the vehicle must be vacated by 11.00 at the latest. It is possible to use facilities such as GameZone, PlayZone and Pool & Spa on the day of departure, even after 11:00, please inform the reception at check-out. Cars can be parked for free in the parking lot on the day of departure.
You can also wait to check out until 16:00 at the latest. However, only if there are no others arriving at the unit on the same day, please ask at the information desk. This only applies outside school holidays.
