If you arrive outside reception opening hours, you can pick up your key and card from our cash box. Code and information regarding this will be sent by email shortly before arrival.

If you need an extra key to the house, you can pick one up at the reception. Along with the key to the villa is a blue chip card. The chip card serves as a parking pass and as an access card for the PlayZone, GameZone, Fitness and Pool & Spa activity center. All activities mentioned are included in the stay, just hold the card in front of the card reader to gain access. You can always have multiple cards associated with your stay. Go to reception and bring a debit card, health card or other magnetic stripe. These cards can be coded to act as access cards.

If you experience errors, defects or anything else unsatisfactory upon arrival at the house, please contact the reception as soon as possible so that we can correct any errors and defects.

It is NOT allowed to leave litter on the terrace or outside, as the forest animals will visit at night and spread the litter around the area. Right next to the holiday villas you will find a waste station. Here you can drop off your waste. Please note that waste must be sorted into the following categories:

• Residual waste
• Food waste
• Soft/hard plastics and food and drink cartons
• Paper and small print
• Metal
• Glass

At the house there is a gas grill. If you find that gas is missing, simply contact reception.

Parking is possible in front of the house.

If you want to park closer to the resort, you can also park for free in the large parking area if you go to the reception where we can enter your car’s license plate number. The barrier will then automatically open when you drive in and out of the parking area, without the need for a ticket. It is possible to register up to 2 cars.

The car park is open 24 hours a day.

If you have day visitors, they can also park in the large parking area and pay according to current rates.

You can charge your electric car when you stay at Feddet. Charging points with type 2 plugs are located at the parking lot in front of the reception. It costs DKK 4.50 per kWh to charge, and you simply use your chip card to pay at the station. As a safety precaution, you must deposit DKK 250 on your chip card at the reception before you can charge. If you don’t use the full amount, we will of course refund what’s left on the card.

For safety reasons it is NOT allowed to use your own “granny charger”/ 230V charger for electric cars at Feddet Strand Resort.

You need to bring your own bed linen, towel and tea towel. However, it is possible to rent a linen package consisting of one sheet, bed linen and a towel. The linen package can be rented at the reception. The price is DKK 75,- per package.

High chair and cot available to rent. It costs DKK 25,- per day per high chair and DKK 25,- per day per baby bed. Please contact reception and we will arrange for the items to be placed in your cabin.

Smoking is not allowed in the house. Failure to comply with this will result in a fine of DKK 2000,-.

There is a washing machine and dryer in the house. You must bring your own detergent and rinse aid. We recommend fragrance-free detergent so that those who come after you, who may not tolerate perfume, can also use the washing machine. The washing machine is free to use. However, electricity must be paid for.

At the resort, we have downtime between 23:00 and 07:00.

There are several TVs located in the holiday home. The channel list is shown on the TV.

Please note that non-emergency inquiries outside opening hours are charged with a fee of 300 DKK.
