The power is connected and included in the price.
If you need an extra key for your room, it can be picked up at reception. Together with the key to the room is a blue chip card. The chip card serves as a toll card when entering and exiting the parking lot and as an access card for the PlayZone, GameZone, Pool & Spa and fitness activities, which are all free activities. Simply hold the card in front of the card reader. You can always have multiple cards associated with your stay.
If you experience any faults, shortcomings or other dissatisfaction on arrival at the room, please contact reception as soon as possible so that we can rectify any faults or shortcomings.
There is a radiator in the room where the desired temperature can be adjusted. Be sure to set the temperature to 2 on departure.
Free parking is available in the large parking area if you approach the reception where we can enter your car’s license plate number. The barrier will then automatically open when you drive in and out of the parking area, without the need for a ticket. It is possible to register up to 2 cars.
If you have day visitors, they can also park in the parking area, where you can pay according to the applicable rates. The car park is open 24 hours a day.
It is possible to park behind the GameZone if you need to park close to the room for loading and unloading. The car must then be parked in the car park.
You can charge your electric car when you stay at Feddet. Charging points with type 2 plugs are located in front of the Spa Lodge cabins and at the parking lot in front of the reception. It costs DKK 4.50 per kWh to charge and all you need to do is use your toll card to pay at the charging station. As a security, you must deposit DKK 250 on your toll card at the reception before you can charge. If you don’t use the full amount, we will of course refund what’s left on the card.
You need to bring your own bed linen, towel and tea towel. However, it is possible to rent a linen package consisting of one sheet, bed linen and a towel. The linen package can be rented at the reception. The price is DKK 75,- per package.
The room has a small kitchenette, which is shared with the other rental room. Coffee capsules for the espresso machine can be bought in the information.
Near the room is a service building with toilets, bath and nursery. The indoor toilets and bathrooms are open 24 hours a day. The building requires access with your boom card during the hours of 23.00-06.00. The showers are free to use indoors, there is also a toilet and shower room located on the outside of the service building.
Note: The service building is closed during the winter period (week 43 – March).
There is a kitchen with ovens and a dishwasher, which can be used free of charge.

During the winter period, we refer you to use Service Building South, which is located in the middle of the camping area. Toilets and showers are open 24 hours a day. The service building includes a kitchen, laundry room and living room.
High chair and cot available to rent. It costs DKK 25,- per day per high chair and DKK 25,- per day per baby bed. Please contact reception and we will arrange for the items to be placed in your cabin.
There is a TV in the room, where it is possible to watch the following channels: DR’s channels, TV2, TV3, 3+ and our own info channel.
It is NOT allowed to leave waste outside, as the forest animals will visit at night and spread the waste around the area. When you need to dispose of your waste, stop by our environmental station, which is located near the mini golf course. The environmental station has no. 12 on the site map.
Please note that waste must be sorted into the following categories:
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. Failure to comply with this will result in a fine of DKK 2000,-.
The laundry next to the rooms is open all year round. Access is by using your boom card. It is open 24 hours a day. You must bring your own detergent and rinse aid. It costs DKK 30,- for a wash at 40 degrees, and DKK 40,- for a wash at 60 degrees. The dryers cost 1,- per minute.
The washing machines in the black service building receive 1-kroner and 5-kroner. Change is available at reception.
The gates can be opened from 7.00 to 23.00. If you arrive at Feddet outside these hours, please park in the beach car park, which is open 24 hours a day. If, contrary to expectations, the boom needs to be raised between 23.00 and 7.00, a fee of DKK 350 will be charged. However, this does not apply to emergency situations.

Please note that non-emergency inquiries outside opening hours are charged with a fee of 300 DKK.
Upon departure, furniture and fittings must be put in place. The room is cleaned up, dishes are removed, bins are emptied and the trash is taken to the recycling station.
On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 11.00. It is possible to use facilities such as GameZone, PlayZone, mini golf, Pool & Spa and fitness on the day of departure, also after 11:00, please inform the reception at check-out.
You can also wait to check out until 16:00 at the latest. However, only if there are no others arriving at the unit on the same day, please ask at the information desk. This only applies outside school holidays.
