Spa villa

Check-out by 11:00 on the day of departure

If you arrive outside reception opening hours, you can pick up your key and card from our cash box. Code and information regarding this will be sent by email shortly before arrival.

If you need an extra key for the villa, you can pick it up at the reception. Along with the key to the villa is a blue chip card. The chip card serves as a toll card for entry and exit and as an access card for the PlayZone, GameZone, Fitness and Pool & Spa activity center. All mentioned activities are included in the stay, just hold the card in front of the card reader to gain access. You can always have multiple cards associated with your stay.

If you experience errors, defects or anything else unsatisfactory upon arrival at the villa, please contact the reception as soon as possible so that we can correct any errors and defects.

At the vacation villa there is your own outdoor spa. We take care of the cleaning and chemicals, so all you have to do is enjoy the spa. Remember to replace the lid as soon as you’re done using it, both in terms of energy consumption, but also to avoid the chlorine disappearing from the spa too quickly.

On the side of the spa there is a panel where you can adjust the different jets and lights. Please check that the spa is at the desired temperature upon arrival so that we can resolve any issues as soon as possible. The spa is normally pre-heated on arrival to approximately 38 degrees.

It is normal for the spa to start periodically, as the water is automatically cleaned continuously. It is therefore not allowed to turn off the spa at the fuses/switches.

Outside the winter season, you’ll find an outdoor shower at the vacation villa. Please use this after a trip to the beach or spa to avoid sand and dirt in the bathroom drain. We can also recommend a morning bath under the outdoor shower. You will find bathrobes in the villa for free use.

It is NOT allowed to leave litter on the terrace or outside, as the forest animals will visit at night and spread the litter around the area. Right next to the holiday villas you will find a waste station. Here you can drop off your waste. Please note that waste must be sorted into the following categories:

• Residual waste
• Food waste
• Soft/hard plastics and food and drink cartons
• Paper and small print
• Metal
• Glass

At the villa there is a gas grill. If you find that gas is missing, simply contact reception.

The espresso machine is loaded with beans. If you need to refill the machine with more coffee beans, you will need to purchase them yourself.

Parking is possible in front of the villa, two cars can be parked.

If you have guests, they must park in the large parking area, where you pay according to current rates.

You can charge your electric car when you stay at Feddet. Charging points with type 2 plugs are located in front of the Spa Lodge cabins and in the parking lot in front of the reception. It costs DKK 4.50 per kWh to charge, and you simply use your chip card to pay at the station. As a safety precaution, you must deposit DKK 250 on your chip card at the reception before you can charge. If you don’t use the full amount, we will of course refund what’s left on the card.

For safety reasons it is NOT allowed to use your own “granny charger”/ 230V charger for electric cars at Feddet Strand Resort.

You need to bring your own bed linen, towel and tea towel. However, it is possible to rent a linen package consisting of one sheet, bed linen and a towel. The linen package can be rented at the reception. The price is DKK 75,- per package.

There is a high chair and a baby cot in the vacation villa. Extra high chair and baby bed can also be rented. It costs DKK 25,- per day per high chair and DKK 25,- per day per baby bed. Please contact reception and we will arrange for the items to be placed in your cabin.

Smoking is not allowed in the villa. Failure to comply with this will result in a fine of DKK 2000,-.

There is a washing machine and dryer in the vacation villa. You need to bring your own soap for the washing machine. We recommend fragrance-free detergent so that those who come after you, who may not tolerate perfume, can also use the washing machine. The washing machine is free to use. However, electricity must be paid for.

The gates can be opened from 7.00 to 23.00. If you arrive at Feddet outside this time, please park in the parking lot located parallel to the entrance road to Feddet, which is open 24 hours a day. If, contrary to expectations, the boom needs to be raised between 23.00 and 7.00, a fee of DKK 350 will be charged. However, this does not apply to emergency situations.

There are several TVs located in the villa. The following channels are available: DR’s channels, TV2, TV3, 3+ and our own info channel.

If one or more of these channels are missing, you need to do a channel search on your TV.

This is done in the following way:

1. Press the red housing on the remote control.
2. Press down until you reach the Settings menu item.
3. Press the right arrow until you reach Installation and press OK.
4. Select Automatic channel search.
5. Select Digital antenna.
6. Tap yes to start a new channel search.
7. The TV is now searching for channels. When the search is complete, press ok to ask if the list should be overwritten.
8. Exit by pressing exit on the remote control.
