If you need an extra key for the cabin, you can pick it up at the reception. Along with the key to the cabin is a blue chip card. The chip card serves as a card for entering and leaving the building and as an access card to the Fun&Play activity house, GameZone and fitness centre, all of which are free activities. Simply hold the card in front of the card reader. You can always have multiple cards associated with your stay. Go to reception and bring a debit card, health card or other magnetic stripe. These cards can be coded to act as access cards.

If you experience any faults, shortcomings or other dissatisfaction on arrival at the cabin, please contact reception as soon as possible so that we can rectify any faults or shortcomings.

Parking is available in front of the cabin, one car per cabin.

If you have two cars with you or need to drive outside the barrier’s opening hours, you can also park for free in the large parking area if you go to the reception, where we can enter your car’s license plate number. The barrier will then automatically open when you drive in and out of the parking area, without the need for a ticket. It is possible to register up to 2 cars.

The car park is open 24 hours a day.

If you have day visitors, they can also park in the parking area, where you can pay according to the applicable rates.

You can charge your electric car when you stay at Feddet. There are charging stations with type 2 plugs in front of the Premium Beach cabins. It costs DKK 4.50 per kWh to charge, and you simply use your boom card to pay at the stand. As a security, 250 DKK must be deposited on your boom card at the reception before you can load. If you don’t use the full amount, we will of course refund what’s left on the card.

You need to bring your own bed linen, towel and tea towel. However, it is possible to rent a linen package consisting of one sheet, bed linen and a towel. The linen package can be rented at the reception. The price is DKK 75,- per package.

There are no toilets or bathrooms in the cabin, but the cabin is located close to a large modern service building with toilets, bathrooms, a communal kitchen, a nursery with a children’s bathtub and toilets, and a laundry room. Toilets and bathrooms are open 24 hours a day and do not require a card. Use of the bathrooms is free, but if you need more space you can use our family bathroom, located at one end of the service building. The family bathrooms, which include a double shower, sinks, hairdryer and toilet, cost 1 clip. Clipping cards can be purchased at the reception.

High chair and cot available to rent. It costs DKK 25,- per day per high chair and DKK 25,- per day per baby bed. Please contact reception and we will arrange for the items to be placed in your cabin.

A gas barbecue is located by the cabin. If you find that gas is missing, simply contact reception.

It is NOT allowed to leave litter on the terrace or outside, as the forest animals will visit at night and spread the litter around the area. When you need to dispose of your waste, stop by our environmental station, which is located near the mini golf course. The environmental station has no. 12 on the site map.

Please note that waste must be sorted into the following categories:

• Residual waste
• Food waste
• Soft/hard plastics and food and drink cartons
• Paper and small cardboard
• Metal
• Glass

Smoking is not allowed in the cabin. Failure to do so will result in a fine of DKK 2.000,-

There is an electric radiator in the cabin. Please note that this must not be covered due to fire hazard.

Washing machines and tumble dryers are located in the service buildings. You must bring your own detergent and rinse aid. It costs DKK 30,- for a wash at 40 degrees, and DKK 40,- for a wash at 60 degrees. The dryers cost DKK 1,- per minute.

The machines receive 1, 2, 5 and 10 DKK coins. Change is available at reception.

Access to the laundry is by using your access card. It is open 24 hours a day.

The booths are open from 7.00 to 23.00. If you arrive at Feddet outside these hours, please park in the beach car park, which is open 24 hours a day. If, contrary to expectations, the boom needs to be raised between 23.00 and 7.00, a fee of DKK 350 will be charged. However, this does not apply to emergency situations.
