If you need an extra key for the cabin, you can pick it up at the reception. Along with the key to the cabin is a blue chip card. The chip card serves as a toll card for entry and exit and as an access card for the PlayZone, GameZone, Pool & Spa and Fitness activity center, all of which are free activities. Simply hold the card in front of the card reader. You can always have multiple cards associated with your stay.

If you experience any faults, shortcomings or other dissatisfaction on arrival at the cabin, please contact reception as soon as possible so that we can rectify any faults or shortcomings.

The cabin has both a heat pump and underfloor heating.

The heat pump is a cheap and efficient heat source that can quickly heat up the cabin. Once the desired temperature has been reached, we recommend keeping the cabin warm with the underfloor heating, which ensures a more uniform and quieter steaming.

If you want to cool the cabin, this is also possible with the heat pump. However, remember to close doors and windows to minimize power costs.

On the terrace is your own outdoor spa. We take care of the cleaning and chemicals, so all you have to do is enjoy the spa. Remember to replace the lid as soon as you’re done using it, both in terms of energy consumption, but also to avoid the chlorine disappearing from the spa too quickly.

On the side of the spa there is a panel where you can adjust the different jets and lights. Please check that the spa is at the desired temperature upon arrival so that we can resolve any issues as soon as possible. The spa is normally pre-heated on arrival to approximately 38 degrees.

It is normal for the spa to start periodically, as the water is automatically cleaned continuously. It is therefore not allowed to turn off the spa at the fuses/switches.

Outside the winter season, you’ll find an outdoor shower on the terrace. Please use this after a trip to the beach or spa to avoid sand and dirt in the bathroom drain. We can also recommend a morning bath under the outdoor shower. You will find free bathrobes in the bedrooms.

Parking is possible in front of the cabin, one car per cabin.

If you are bringing two cars or need to drive outside the barrier’s opening hours, you can also park for free in the large parking area if you go to the reception, where we can enter your car’s license plate number. The barrier will then automatically open when you drive in and out of the parking area, without the need for a ticket. It is possible to register up to 2 cars.

The car park is open 24 hours a day.

If you have day visitors, they can also park in the parking area along the road, where you can pay according to the applicable rates.

You can charge your electric car when you stay at Feddet. Charging points with type 2 plugs are located in front of the Spa Lodge cabins and in the parking lot in front of the reception. It costs DKK 4.50 per kWh to charge, and you simply use your chip card to pay at the station. As a safety precaution, you must deposit DKK 250 on your chip card at the reception before you can charge. If you don’t use the full amount, we will of course refund what’s left on the card.

For safety reasons it is NOT allowed to use your own “granny charger”/ 230V charger for electric cars at Feddet Strand Resort.

You need to bring your own bed linen, towel and tea towel. However, it is possible to rent a linen package consisting of one sheet, bed linen and a towel. The linen package can be rented at the reception. The price is DKK 75,- per package.

High chair and cot available to rent. It costs DKK 25,- per day per high chair and DKK 25,- per day per baby bed. Please contact reception and we will arrange for the items to be placed in your cabin.

A gas barbecue is located by the cabin. If you find that gas is missing, simply contact reception.

It is NOT allowed to leave litter on the terrace or outside, as the forest animals will visit at night and spread the litter around the area. When you need to dispose of your waste, stop by our environmental station, which is located near the mini golf course. The environmental station has no. 12 on the site map.

Please note that waste must be sorted into the following categories:

• Residual waste
• Food waste
• Soft/hard plastics and food and drink cartons
• Paper and small cardboard
• Metal
• Glass

Smoking is not allowed in the cabin. Failure to do so will result in a fine of DKK 2.000,-

Washing machines and tumble dryers are located in the service buildings. You must bring your own detergent and rinse aid. It costs DKK 30,- for a wash at 40 degrees, and DKK 40,- for a wash at 60 degrees. The dryers cost DKK 1,- per minute.

The machines receive 1, 2, 5 and 10 DKK coins. Change is available at reception.

Access to the laundry is by using your access card. It is open 24 hours a day.

The gates can be opened from 7.00 to 23.00. If you arrive at Feddet outside these hours, please park in the beach car park, which is open 24 hours a day. If, contrary to expectations, the boom needs to be raised between 23.00 and 7.00, a fee of DKK 350 will be charged. However, this does not apply to emergency situations.

There is a TV in the cabin where you can watch the following channels: DR’s channels, Lokalkanalen, TV2, TV3, 3+ and our own info channel.

If one or more of these channels are missing, you need to do a channel search on your TV.

This is done in the following way:

1. Press the red housing on the remote control.
2. Press down until you reach the Settings menu item.
3. Press the right arrow until you reach Installation and press OK.
4. Select Automatic channel search.
5. Select Digital antenna.
6. Tap yes to start a new channel search.
7. The TV is now searching for channels. When the search is complete, press ok to ask if the list should be overwritten.
8. Exit by pressing exit on the remote control.
