Spa Glamping tent

At check-in, you will have encoded a chip card or one of your own magnetic stripe cards, such as your health card or payment card. The chip card serves as a toll card for entry and exit and as an access card for the PlayZone, GameZone, Pool & Spa and Fitness activity center, all of which are free activities. Simply hold the card in front of the card reader. You can always get multiple cards linked to your stay.

If you experience errors, defects or other unsatisfactory conditions upon arrival at the rental unit, please contact the reception as soon as possible so that we can rectify any errors and defects.

The glamping tent is located close to one of our large modern service buildings, where you have access to toilets, showers and laundry facilities. Restrooms and showers are open 24 hours a day and do not require card access. The shower rooms are free to use, but if you want more space you can use our family shower rooms. It costs 1 clip to use the family bathing rooms, which include a double shower, washbasin, hairdryer and toilet. Clip cards can be purchased at the reception.

In your glamping tent there is a gas heater. If you run out of gas, a new bottle can be picked up for free at the reception. Note: Do not move the gas heater when it is on.

At the tent there is your own outdoor spa. We take care of the cleaning and chemicals, so all you have to do is enjoy the spa. Remember to replace the lid as soon as you’re done using it, both in terms of energy consumption, but also to avoid the chlorine disappearing from the spa too quickly.

On the side of the spa there is a panel where you can adjust the different jets and lights. Please check that the spa is at the desired temperature upon arrival so that we can resolve any issues as soon as possible. The spa is normally pre-heated on arrival to approximately 38 degrees.

It is normal for the spa to start periodically, as the water is automatically cleaned continuously. It is therefore not allowed to turn off the spa at the fuses/switches.

Parking is possible directly at the glamping tent. One car can be parked per tent.

If you are bringing two cars or need to drive outside the barrier’s opening hours, you can also park for free in the large parking area if you go to the reception, where we can enter your car’s license plate number. The barrier will then automatically open when you drive in and out of the parking area, without the need for a ticket. It is possible to register up to 2 cars.

The car park is open 24 hours a day.

If you have day visitors, they can also park in the parking area along the road, where you can pay according to the applicable rates.

You can charge your electric car when you stay at Feddet. Charging points with type 2 plugs are located in front of the Spa Lodge cabins and in the parking lot in front of the reception. It costs DKK 4.50 per kWh to charge, and you simply use your chip card to pay at the station. As a safety precaution, you must deposit DKK 250 on your chip card at the reception before you can charge. If you don’t use the full amount, we will of course refund what’s left on the card.

For safety reasons it is NOT allowed to use your own “granny charger”/ 230V charger for electric cars at Feddet Strand Resort.

You need to bring your own bed linen, towel and tea towel. However, it is possible to rent a linen package consisting of one sheet, bed linen and a towel. The linen package can be rented at the reception. The price is DKK 75,- per package.

High chair and cot available to rent. It costs DKK 25,- per day per high chair and DKK 25,- per day per baby bed. Please contact reception and we will arrange for the items to be placed in your cabin.

At the tent is your own gas grill. If you find that gas is missing, simply contact reception.

It is NOT allowed to leave litter on the terrace or outside, as the forest animals will visit at night and spread the litter around the area. When you need to dispose of your waste, stop by our environmental station, which is located near the mini golf course. The environmental station has no. 12 on the site map.

Please note that waste must be sorted into the following categories:

• Residual waste
• Food waste
• Soft/hard plastics and food and drink cartons
• Paper and small cardboard
• Metal
• Glass

Smoking is not allowed inside the tent. Failure to do so will result in a fine of DKK 2.000,-

Washing machines and tumble dryers are located in the service buildings. You must bring your own detergent and rinse aid. It costs DKK 30,- for a wash at 40 degrees, and DKK 40,- for a wash at 60 degrees. The dryers cost DKK 1,- per minute.

The machines receive 1, 2, 5 and 10 DKK coins. Change is available at reception.

Access to the laundry is by using your access card. It is open 24 hours a day.

The gates can be opened from 7.00 to 23.00. If you arrive at Feddet outside these hours, please park in the beach car park, which is open 24 hours a day. If, contrary to expectations, the boom needs to be raised between 23.00 and 7.00, a fee of DKK 350 will be charged. However, this does not apply to emergency situations.
