Spa rental car

Along with the key to the caravan is a blue chip card. The chip card serves as a toll card for entry and exit and as an access card for the PlayZone, GameZone, Pool & Spa and Fitness activity center, which are all free activities. Simply hold the card in front of the card reader. You can always have multiple cards associated with your stay.

The toilet in the trailer can be used. We recommend using it as an emergency toilet/night toilet so that it does not need to be emptied as often.

If the toilet light is on, the toilet must be emptied. Our cleaning staff will take care of that. Scan the QR code on the toilet and fill out the form and we will empty it as soon as possible.

The bathroom in the trailer must NOT be used.

In one of our large modern service buildings, you’ll find both toilet and shower facilities and laundry. Restrooms and showers are open 24 hours a day and do not require card access. The shower rooms are free to use, but if you want more space you can use our family shower rooms. It costs 1 point to use the family shower rooms, which include a double shower, washbasin, hairdryer and toilet. Points and points packages can be purchased at the reception.

On the terrace is your very own private spa. The temperature is around 38 degrees, and we make sure to keep it clean and add what you need during your stay. Simply enjoy the spa and don’t worry about cleaning or maintenance. It is therefore also important that you do NOT turn off the spa completely, as the circulation pump will not run.

After a trip to the spa, we recommend a shower to wash the chlorine off your body. The same also applies before jumping in the spa to reduce the amount of chlorine needed in the water.

The caravan has both Truma electric heating and underfloor heating. If you have any questions about how it works, please contact our reception.

There is a gas heater in the awning. If you need a new bottle, it can be exchanged free of charge at the reception.

The vehicle is filled with water, but if you run out of water, a watering can is located in the gas box (it is located on the outside of the hitch and is opened with the vehicle key). Water can be obtained from the nearest hydrant, which is filled at the back of the trailer.
The gas for the trailer is also switched on/off in the box when towing.

If you experience any defects, deficiencies or other unsatisfactory conditions upon arrival at the caravan, please contact reception as soon as possible so that we can rectify any errors and deficiencies.

Parking is possible at the caravan, one car per caravan.

If you are bringing two cars or need to drive outside the barrier’s opening hours, you can also park for free in the large parking area if you go to the reception, where we can enter your car’s license plate number. The barrier will then automatically open when you drive in and out of the parking area, without the need for a ticket. It is possible to register up to 2 cars.

The car park is open 24 hours a day.

If you have day visitors, they can also park in the parking area, where you can pay according to current rates.

You can charge your electric car when you stay at Feddet. Charging points with type 2 plugs are located in front of the Spa Lodge cabins. It costs DKK 4.50 per kWh to charge and all you need to do is use your toll card to pay at the charging station. As a security, you must deposit DKK 250 on your toll card at the reception before you can charge. If you don’t use the full amount, we will of course refund what’s left on the card.

You need to bring your own bed linen, towel and tea towel. However, it is possible to rent a linen package consisting of one sheet, bed linen and a towel. The linen package can be rented at the reception. The price is DKK 75,- per package.

High chair and cot available to rent. It costs DKK 25,- per day per high chair and DKK 25,- per day per baby bed. Please contact reception and we will arrange for the items to be placed in your cabin.

A gas grill is located at the rental car. If you find that gas is missing, simply contact reception.

It is NOT allowed to leave waste outside, as the forest animals will visit at night and spread the waste around the area. When you need to dispose of your waste, stop by our environmental station, which is located near the mini golf course. The environmental station has no. 12 on the site map.

Please note that waste must be sorted into the following categories:

• Residual waste
• Food waste
• Soft/hard plastics and food and drink cartons
• Paper and small cardboard
• Metal
• Glass

Smoking is not allowed in the trailer or awning. Failure to comply with this will result in a fine of DKK 2000,-.

Washing machines and tumble dryers are located in the service buildings. You must bring your own detergent and rinse aid. It costs DKK 30,- for a wash at 40 degrees, and DKK 40,- for a wash at 60 degrees. The dryers cost DKK 1,- per minute.

The machines receive 1, 2, 5 and 10 DKK coins. Change is available at reception.

Access to the laundry is by using your access card. It is open 24 hours a day.

The gates can be opened from 7.00 to 23.00. If you arrive at Feddet outside this time, please park in the parking lot located parallel to the entrance road to Feddet, which is open 24 hours a day. If, contrary to expectations, the boom needs to be raised between 23.00 and 7.00, a fee of DKK 350 will be charged. However, this does not apply to emergency situations.

The cart does not include a TV.
